What we collect
We do not run accounts, newsletters or tracking analytics. The contact tool on our Contact page works entirely in your browser; it does not transmit anything to us. We receive personal data only when you email us, in which case we process your name, email address and the content of your message.

Why and on what basis
We use email correspondence to reply to you and to correct our content, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running an accurate publication. Server logs are processed for legitimate interests in security.
Retention
We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless needed for an ongoing matter.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our website and email, under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
